Introduce and Support Policies that address the full needs of young people.

UNITED NATIONS


9.1 Prioritize the development of youth-focused and youth-inclusive policies as an important peace dividend. 9.2 Contribute to the establishment of or support existing local, regional and national fora and other appropriate channels of communication that can enhance young people’s participation in development of public policies which affect the lives of young people. 9.3 Support research on youth and peacebuilding that can be used as a reference for policy. 9.4 Support the development of inclusive national policies that address the needs and aspirations of young people, contribute to young people’s participation, development and empowerment, and that are fully aligned with international human rights, regional instruments and key policy documents.

The policy of neutrality.

  In the face of political tension and escalating crises, it is of great importance to uphold tthe principles of sovereignty and the sovereign equality of States , territorial integrity , self-determination and non-intervention in the internal affairs of any State , and to defend, promote and encourage the settlement of international disputes by peaceful means in such a manner that international peace and security are not endangered. Therefore, the policy of neutrality contributes to the strengthening of peace and security in relevant regions and at the global level and  the policy of neutrality  plays an important role in developing peaceful, friendly and mutually beneficial relations between the countries of the world. Proclamation of December 12th as the International Day of Neutrality.

  On February 2nd of the year 2017, the  United Nations General Assembly  adopted without a vote resolution 71/275 — introduced by Turkmenistan, recognized by the United Nations as a permanently  neutral state  since 12 December 1995 — which noted  the link between the preservation of peace and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development , and declared 12 December as the International Day of Neutrality .
